Shipping our oil is not just transportation, but the final stage of our quality supply chain. We exclusively use certified and reinforced packaging (Secure Box) to ensure that the bottles arrive intact at your table.
Shipping Times & Costs
Orders are handed over to our partner courier (GLS) within 24/48 business hours of receiving the order (and cleared payment in case of bank transfer).
Mainland Italy: Delivery in 24/48 hours. Base rate: €7.00.
Calabria & Sicily: Delivery in 48/72 hours.
Sardinia: Delivery in 48/72 hours.
Europa: I tempi variano da 3 a 5 giorni lavorativi a seconda della destinazione.
Damaged Goods
In the rare case that a package arrives visibly damaged or soaked with oil:
Sign for the delivery with the courier as "Subject to Inspection".
Take a photo of the package and the damaged items immediately.
Send the photos to info@tenutaoldrini.com or via WhatsApp to +39 350 539 5193. We will immediately send a replacement at our expense. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Right of Withdrawal Pursuant to Art. 52 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt. However, as these are food products, the right of withdrawal applies exclusively if the packaging is intact, sealed, and unopened. Returns of opened or partially consumed bottles or tins are not accepted, for obvious hygienic and preservation reasons. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
